Refund policy
At Sip & Banter Distillery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase is:
• Faulty or damaged.
• Not of acceptable quality.
• Significantly different from its description.
• Unfit for its intended purpose.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless otherwise specified.
Returning a Faulty Product
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect:
1.Contact us at hello@sipandbanter.com.au within 14 days of receipt.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the product if applicable.
3. If the product is confirmed to have a major fault, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
General Returns
If returning an unopened, unused product, it must be in its original packaging with all tags and documentation intact. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Sip & Banter is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
